    How's the feel? It looks like the top corners of the blade could do with a little rounding?

    It feels pretty good, but I'm not the one who'll be using it The corners on the blade aren't a worry, I think they work well with the design of the plane

    With the latest ball point tips it is as easy as a pen. You could always try my burner on some scrap to see how you go, I have a numer of different sized ball point tips. Up to you.

    I've seen Neil's welding on that trailer I bought from him. Use the felt pen.
