The one I have is the bigger version. I was concerned about the smaller motor on the one you mentioned. It also has adaptability. If memeory serves me correctly, you can't adjust the tilt, which is pretty important for me with a CS mill. I bought mine off ebay. The bloke I bought mine from doesn't seem to trade anymore, I can dig out the contact details if you ask me real nice.
