    Default Warranty repairs

I bought my new Kapex KS120 online from a guy whose wholesale woodworking equipment business in Brisbane was closing down. I got it in response to an ad placed on this forum.

Can anyone please advise the name of the warrany repairer for Festool in North Queensland, or even in the whole of Queensland?
    regards,

    Dengy

Many thanks for this , John, very much appreciated.

I found out the hard way that their email address has changed to :

    [email protected]

All I need to do now is find the receipt for when I bought the unit last Feb

    Easier said than done!

Yes Andy, I am now pretty sure it is a laser problem, not dust, after talking with this Festool Service Centre. The details are in my previous thread about the brightness of one of the laser lines being well below the other line.

It was not a job they look forward to doing, as they said the laser alignment is a tricky process.

i will give some feedback on what they actually find, once I locate my receipt
