    Default Tuesday Group Shepparton

Here is another box from the Tuesday night group in Shepparton, made by Carrol Mc Innis. The wood is unknown, the handle is deer antler turned in the lathe. It has two feet at the front of the box and none at the back. Carrol is one of the ladies that is beating the men hands down, one of four.

    Looks very nice

Not sure the antler goes with the timber but maybe that's just me.

Also, the timber might be camphor

    Nice work Carol.

However I will reserve my judgement until the other student's work is published!

Camphor, a weed timber, can be readily identified by it's strong odour!
