    Default Been awhile

Latest project 42" 1,600 pieces. I have not seen many post here but did see some real nice work in the "box making" section from a guy in Canada.

Are they all naturally coloured, or have you done some judicious staining?

    Either way: stunning!

Thanks guys, the piece took about 6 months to make and about month to apply the finish. My son did the finish at his place about 30 coats of lacquer sanded to 2500 grit then waxed and polished. the finish is like a mirror, he does a great job. The wood is all natural no stains or color added.

    Thanks again Dennis

    Road - ebony
    Sky - maple
Border - red palm, purple heart, bubinga, maple
