Hello Aaron
I think there’s still room for 2 more. Currently 12 confirmed, plus the 2 waiting on work commitments. We had 15 last time. I’d go to 14 confirmed, plus the other two, for a possible 16. That still works.
Talk to me about your concerns, my email is in my profile.
Regards Phil.

Do any of the blokes that are coming have a Brayer / Ink roller. We could use two more. If not I’ll get a couple more.

Hello Phil,
Can you describe the qualities that make a worthwhile brayer? There are numerous brayers on Ebay, most ex US.

Bob.
The one I have is this brand. If you click Australian only pages in google, there’s several Aussie vendors. I got one mail order out of Melbourne.

That one seems to work fine, although I have little experience with them, 3 – 4 years. We were always taught to apply by fingers. I thought I’d have to hide mine from Marko, but he seems to tolerate them.
I don’t mind getting a couple more. But now with Neil’s, and we can probably scrounge Greg’s.
Regards Phil.
P.S I weighed one of the cast iron blocks the other day, they are nearly 6 kg. Some thing to work out how we get those home with you.

Thank you Phil,
There is a shop over here called Jacksons. They sell art supplies. I will find out tomorrow whether they stock them.
I may have to come up with some arrangement with my daughter to post the block back home. I appreciate the forewarning.

Phil yes I have a brayer and will bring it down with me if I am able to attend. As I recall I just bought it at an art/craft store.

Just a quick update, we have gained another 2, Fred R & Matt B for 14 confirmed, plus the other 2, Pete and Russell, still awaiting work commitments.
One of those we picked up was from here, and the other guy found a post from last year over @ HSM.
So that’s pretty much a full house, I might be persuaded to add another, and there’s the possibility of a short notice place(s) should one or both of the guys with work commitments fall over.
Regards Phil.

We lost one of those new guys over night. Too close to Easter, other travel plans, so he declined.
That means we definitely have room for one more, if anyone is still interested.

We most definitely have room for 1 or 2 more. We are a man down. I got word from Alan E, today when he got back into the country. He’s being called away overseas for work again over that weekend.

I would be interested in a course later in the year if it fits in with work commitments, Easter and school holidays are pretty much out for me, we own our own business and they are the busy times, especially April
