    Default Safety with the router

Investigate the use of the template guides to introduce greater safety awareness with the router. V.I.P.s (Vision Impaired Person) had great satisfaction when using the router when I returned to teaching for a year. Take a look at some of the Videos I have submitted on You tube

The material seen in a number of my projects is called 'Hexcore' a very expensive material.. Why use it you may ask??? First it was left over material I had when I was refurbishing executive jet aircraft some 20 years ago. Also I select it for certain projects I am going to demonstrate away from home as it is very light therefore easy for transporting. It is also a very strong material but most times I recommend using 9-12mm MDF or plywood. If it is something I want to repeat again an again I laminate both sides for axtra strength especially the 9mm. It also proviced a better surface for the guides to run on and there is less wear and tear
