Thanks again everyone.
I saw him again today, and he was crying most of the time. Proved me a sucker I think...
Mum is doing ok, but still got a drip in her arm for something to soften things up inside. Twas the reason he was a week or so late, but other than that she is doing very well.
Ashore, I don't think there's too much problem of us seeing grandkids. The little fella (Tom is most likely for his name) does have 3 great grandparents, and missed out on a great-great grandma by only a few months. Little monster should live forever, if the world can handle that.
