G'day Toni,
Ahhh gotta give my shoulders a break, four pens so far today (3 acrylic and the commissioned piece) and still have another two acrylics to go.
Well I won't give away too much at the moment because I don't want to put the mocker on myself and stuff the rest of them (total of five in the commissioend work). But I gotta say that I was chuffed AND scared at being asked to do it, because the timber was supplied by the customer and it holds a great deal of importance to her. I'll probably finish them next weekend after I have shown her this completed one.

Thankyou for the welcome.
The opalec turned up a real treat (its the lilac, aqua, lemon shaded one), think it was because I read all the helpful comments on here, so was very careful....took it slow and cool! On to the red/black one.
Did 5 wood pens today, have had a ball!If you can't see the bright side of life, polish the dull side. :o
