    Many thanks for the update Celia, I am sure your TLC will help with the pain.

    I can rember overdosing myself with pain killer not a fun time.

    thanks very much to everyone for their words of support!

    the arm is going to be in a sling with no movement for 6 weeks followed by gentle weening out of the sling over a following 4 weeks then full-on physio after 12 weeks!....... cant wait!!!!
