    Default Gifts for a friend

    Hello,

A few weekends ago my wife and I attended a good friends wedding. Being that I am "Handy" (my wifes term) we decided that I would make pens for the bride and groom. Matching fountain pens and roller balls were decided to be the pens made. So I bought some pens from Addictive pen kits - the baron fountain pen and the matching roller ball. Long story short I made them in acrylic - dark brown with orange strips for th groom and black with green and purple swirls Turned out really good and the couple were delighted with their gifts and as they are moving to Bahrain at the end of the month, it was one of the few gifts they could actually take with them.

    Anyway, here they are...

    Cheers,

    Scott in Peakhurst.

I was a wedding photographer for ever and those pens would stand out as among the most acceptable personal gifts I have seen at weddings.Reminders for keeps that you made them and when, where They will remark on them for many years to come.It is great as your wife said to be handy.

Well done! That's a kit I have never tried before but I like it. I have no doubt that those gifts were well received. They should come in handy for writing all the thank you cards.
When all is said and done, there is usually a whole lot more said than done.
