Default Pen kit type for hand injury

I am making a pen for a family friend who is a returned soldier. He sustained major injuries to his hand on a recent tour of duty. I need to make a special pen for him to be able to hold.

Needs to be a clicker pen not a twist or lidded pen.

Also, needs to lend itself to a design with the timber being held (ie not a Sierra kit, for example), so that I can make the timber section quite large, with grooves in the appropriate places along the pen to help him hold it.

Any advice on a pen kit would be really appreciated.

    Simon.

How about the executive click pen from Timberbits ? All wood in the body and I think would lend itself to shaping at the gripping end.

I agree because that way you can make the body as thick as you like and it will also allow you to cut bits out so it suits as long as the top and bottom fit then the resst is up to you.
