    What is the nail polish, I assume the black, then rolled in some sort of glitter stuff?

    Neil. it is a two part lot from Revlon called Moon Candy, Base coat is deep blue and the top coat has opal like slither in it, takes a while to get used to using and I have found out one base coat is sufficient to cover the tube

    Looks great

    ps: beware thick nail polish doesn't like heat. Had some glitter type nail polish pens in my car in the display case and nail polish moved, cast in resin, ended up with very lumpy finish like it had sagged
