Built in warderobes??
I'm ready to build some built in warderobes. I need to build a wall coming out about 600 x 2300ish high.
To start with I've found the main stud I will be screwing into; however above there is no joist above the stud. Hence my problem. As the wall doesn't need to support any weight and is basically decorative, can I just screw it to the wall, floor and gyprock in the roof? Or is it critical to have the top noggin screwed into something solid?
Any help would be appreciated.
Whitty.
