Cost to close in balcony
Hi everyone
Just wondering if anyone could help please.
We are looking at enclosing our balcony and have one section about 5 metres long.
What we want to do is timber frame and cladding to a height of about a metre so that the window people can install the windows above.
Can anyone give me a rough idea what the cost would be to have the frame and cladding done. Being in Perth this is very unusual as everything is double brick.
Also, who would we get in to do this. Do we go to a joinery company and get them pre made and then get a chippie to install?
Thanks heaps
Caz
