Water Drainage Question
I have been asked to put a gravel gutter with agi pipe along a the fence line thats the easy part my question is do the neibours who's water it catches have to stop there own water because when it rains it's a waterfall from their land:confused::confused::confused:

its not my property so its not my neighbour how ever its a rental that im revamping, Thanks i will ask the neighbour if they will go halves or to fix their side
