    Talking My new toy :-)

I thought lathes only came in blue killerbeast . This is my new toy . Only turned some mushrooms and pens so far. Not even a scratch on her yet!

Now to go through the pile and see if there is anything worth turning.

I'd like to think there is something there worth turning Rasmus. But I'm afraid of the radial cracks . What are you going to create on "her" first, apart from shavings?

well, I have only had my lathe for two weeks. The last time I used one was 30 years ago in high school. so the very first things I made were wood chips and fire wood. I have now made a few pens, some mushrooms, and a rolling pin for my dear wife.

Rasmus, are you new to wood turning as well?
