    Does anyone know details of the Dabar lathe made in Tasmania in the 1970s any info would be most welcome

    I believe they were installed into a lot of schools here in Tasmania. The Warrane Campus of TAFE has 7 in use.

    Heard a story that they may have been a copy of someone else's and production was stopped. Nothing much goes wrong with them.

    They were distributed by D & B Ponsonby in Tasmania I believe. Dunno what help if any that useless bit of info is
