    Default Is It Possible ?.

    Hi All,
My 8in. - 200mm. Wire Wheel has Rounded Over, by constant use. I have had it for approx. 2 Yrs.
I have thought of using an Angle Grinder while it is Spinning, at an appropriate time of the Year, but not at the moment.
    Does anybody have another Solution.
    Regards,
    issatree.

Is it on a fixed or removable arbor? If it's a removable one then reverse it and all the wires will cut better than new.. If it is a fixed brush then you could always use it with the drill in reverse?

    Default Clearer.

    Hi Again,
I should have made it a bit clearer. It is on my 2 wheel grinder, one is the wire wheel.
I wood like to get it back to Square.
You ask my Treasury Dept. can I buy a New One.
Actually there is still a lot of meat left on the wheel.
Yes, I could reverse it, but I wood be in the same situation, as it wood still be Rounded Over.
    Anyway, thanks for your Replies.
    Regards,
    issatree.

Are you saying the profile is rounded and not square? A photo would help me-thinks

Use a course carborundum stone to true and sharpen it just like a grinding wheel
