I will be there again. We need a system so that forum members can be identified. Any suggestions?
Maybe a red star on the name tag? or a bit of coloured ribbon on the name tag?
Let's wait to see who else is going, then come up with an identification system.

It's a bit of a shame that single day passes are not available.
Oh well maybe next year

Also those that have their own accommodation are massively subsidizing those staying at the resort. Compare $ 400 with $ 495 for those at the resort.
I would have been going for a few years now if those that have access to free local accommodation, like me, were not ripped of.

According to the Turnfest website those attending and staying at the resort pay $ 495 per person twin share which includes 2 nights accommodation at $ 130 per night twin share.
So when accommodation is deducted from the fee it would be $ 235 pp whereas those that have their own accommodation must pay $ 400 pp which is a discrepancy of $ 165.
If I went I would take my wife and stay at her parents house in Burleigh Heads and I attend daily whilst she would keep her parents company but being asked to pay $ 165 more then those staying at the resort is unacceptable to me.
Peter.
