Good contractor
Hi there,
I had bad experience with contractor recently. I just wondering how do you pick a good and reliable contractor? They always seem to be good in the begining and end up with a dodgy and poor results. Also how do you know they are qualify? Is it by license? Cause every builder/contractor told me they are qualify.
Also, does engaging a license contract is better than a non license one? Does that mean i could report the license builder if something goes wrong or i could report both? How do builder get their license? I heard a non license builder told me he cant get his license yet as he need to clock for his experience/work? hmmmm that doesnt make sense ...?
Hopefully someone out there could give me some suggestion and enligthen.
cheers,
LPlate
