Seeking A Quote
Hi,
I am after a quote for 400 of the spigot attached.
The large diameter is 40mm and 10mm long
The small diameter is 25mm and 15mm long
The inner hole (which is all the way through the component) is 14.5mm.
All edges are to have a small chamfer (that includes the hole).
The material is nylon in a opaque/white colour.
If you are aware of any company that does this sort of job then please let me know - it has to be in Melbourne.
Cheers
David

Repetition Engineer
Metal Head
Maybe a Repetition Engineer would be the place to start.
They can certainly do it in brass etc. but I can not see why they couldn't do it in nylon.
Good luck with itRay

Any engineer with CNC equipment could do it, try and find a small establishment as 400 is not a very large amount, the larger shops usualy talk in thousands

Thanks Elraco & China for your replies.
However, I got quotes this week from elsewhere and I am getting them done in the New Year.
Cheers
