Default Mistake Box turned out ok

Made this box to store some of my computer cables to help keep things more organized. I made a mistake when I cut the base by not measuring 2x. It ended up being to wide and I had to dismantle the box while in the middle of glue up. It did not fit as tight as it should after that. I also glued the wooden hinges on the wrong side of the box. Oh well, I did what I could to salvage it and it was still a lot of fun. The wooden hinges were inspired by Derek Cohen. The latch is home made. Timber is curley maple, Top is Jatoba and the base is cedar. Thanks for looking.

Thats Missy laughing at my mistake's

The saw is a frame saw. I copied it from a design on the web a couple of years ago. I dont have the room or the money for a good band saw righ now. For the work I have me doing the Frame saw is good enough for now. If you do a google search for 'frame saw' you will find all kinds of information.
