Not one to let a good thread go to waste, here's my shed.
Size of the enclosed part is 9x6, the carport is the same size.
There are shelves on the left and right as you enter that while used, take op a lot of space that prevents me putting stuff along the wall. The new years plan is to remove those shelves and change the location of a few things.. I've now moved the dust extractor outside and will run a 100mm pipe through the wall. Once this is done, the wood working stuff will be along one wall where running more pipe/hose is practical. A few sheets of painted 6mm MDF will line the walls where the shelves currently are. There's a long (3.6metre) bench along the left hand wall that need to go on the opposite wall - that will be fun moving!Geoff

I went looking for this thread as I was reflecting on how my wood working passion has grown since I first started around 2010. On the 2/11/11 I was super chuffed with my mancave and posted the following pics plus a few other is post #1428.

I see now that I was one of the last to post before this thread was closed due to inactivity. It is such a good thread that it deserves to live on
Since 2011 my passion for making stuff is borderline addiction. I have moved from Sydney to Brisbane so managed to get myself a house with a shed and well, let's just say, that there is still some room for a couple of more tools 😬

I'm a bit concerned about your clamp rack - it's way to neat and organised
could almost be a code violationregards

If I tidy up in there I could get some more machinery in there, can't be bothered ATM as putting an extension 6 X 4 where the trailer sits. Once the shed is up all that will go in the new shed, which will be about 14 X 4 when finished.
Damienol, I like the way most of your bench tops line up with the powered tools, no struggling or lifting heavy boards to get them to the next stage.
KrynTo grow old is mandatory, growing up is optional.

I have two sheds, the other shed has all my other wood working gear, this one is where I do a bit of turning. The first photo is of the grinding and sharpening station. Behind the door the is an assortment of honing gear, mostly Japanese water stones and some of my oil stones left over from my trade days, some of those would be close to 55 years old, or what is left of them.
The smaller Woodfast lathe in the second photo is the lathe that I cart around to Proserpine Turnout and club demos. The bench is modular and takes about five minutes to assemble and to dis-assemble. If you look at the right hand side, you can see the end of another Woodfast MC900 lathe that I bought in 1981
The third photo is of my most used machine, it is a Woodfast MC 908 lathe with and after market EVS unit that will range from zero to about 2700rpm. It has a single flouro tube and an adjustable lightoverhead light as well.

It's interesting how much and how little things have changed in my shed in 7ish years
on another note thought I'd better show my clamp storage given my expressed concern for others neatness ...
