Hey all,
Thanks for the input. I have been offline for a few days.
So it seems the majority have warned against both options I listed. I figured it may work that way as they are budget tools. I guess the reason I hoped to buy a complete set initially is so I'm prepared - It's frustrating working on a project and not having the correct tool available, especially if I need to wait a week or two for delivery.
I'll take a look at the Colt bits and figure out if I can afford a small set!
