I always lock the spindle except when drilling of course but that's because i don't like flying bits of timber trying to attack me .

Question does this model have 4 cap screws holding the head in place ? Are they tight , can they be loosened and the head stock be re aligned and re tightened . Just a thought .:rolleyes:
