branding iron job
I am looking for somebody to do a small branding iron 20-25mm dia no handle just the iron with say a m5 taped hole in the back to mount of my soldering iron.
Not too fussed on which font, just something similar clear and legible. The image here is to give some idea of what I would like. It could have a border line to define it better etc.

If you're going to be using it a lot, don't get a soldering iron type branding iron, the cores burn out. We have our brands made in Hong Kong (I think, might be China) and went through 3 of the cheap electric ones before we splashed out and got a digital, electronically controlled one.
I can get more details from work if you want

Be careful with fine details such as lettering as the char does tend to run together and blur.
The Lee Valley irons ( eg 05N40.06) do that.
I've carved a few with a Dremel and cut-off disks. The heads of 20 and 25cm iron nails are approx 18mm diameter.
I tried to blend the letters RV together with reasonable success. Still, the edges do get rounded off in the marking.
A couple of years back, that LV iron was $115.00. The nails cost me $0.50 each.
Add a handle and use a propane bottle torch.
Every wood seems to have it's own cooking temperature.
