After reading Bill's thread on the Tyre Depth Gauge I thought about buying a cheap caliper like that to replace the read head on my 8 inch that stopped working early this year. Had a bit of a look and found this bargain.

Looks like a finger has touched the 3 key just after the $ sign, most that he has sold are for between $18.99 and $20.99.

Or he is out of stock for now and rather than cancel the listing he has put the price up so nobody will buy one. Lots of sellers seem to be doing this these days.

i was going to say he might have two left thumbs...not too sure about that now....maybe he types with his 10 toes off the one the foot

It is. The only thing I have against Dean Smith and Grace is that they never made a small machine. The headstock on that machine is as long as some small lathes. Very nice machines to use though apparently.
