eskimo,
I use the pump system that came in my lathe a AL1000D. I originally used the water mixed coolant but found that it developed rust in areas that were not accessible, so a while back I changed over to using recycled auto transmission oil in both the lathe and mill. A good move no rust problems and it improves the cutting and very cost effective.I mostly only use a constant dribble of oil on the lathe for turning with HSS tools but use a flood supply when knurling to wash away any chips I also use a flood supply with end mills and slitting saws in the mill.

Thanks Harty but I have a total of about 6 BT30 tapers so my need isnt great.
Well so far anyway. Might steal the idea for my tiny collection though.

Rotary table extension
I have a 12" rotary table for my mill, but like most machine tools it sometimes just is not big enough. I've had this 18" diameter piece of 1/2" plate hanging around forever, I drilled it so it can mount it on the rotary when needed. The plate gets drilled and tapped to suit whatever needs to be attached to it.
Todays job was to increase the bore of a pair of 12" brake backing plates from 2 3/4" to 2 7/8". Bonus, I already had 3 suitable fixing holes in the plate.
