    Default Buckeye Burl Sierra

Here is some Buckeye Burl I got from a pen swap have dressed it out on a Ti gold/Blk Ti kit finish is CA. The pictures were in a hurry and are a bit fuzzy but you can see the timber pretty well. Will take better ones soon.

Thanks for the comments guys, Sam i could turn that stuff all day especially with that colour and grain. The finish was laid on so easily, finally getting my CA blend to where I want it, so I am slowly starting to become a better pen crafter, but still learning each day.

Wow! oh boy, that is beautiful Darren, what figure and colour?! Cisco I understand what you were saying sometime ago about the buckeye being beautiful. Very rich in its depth. That pen needs to come here for inspection, Amos

In the right hands, it is a stunning timber. One that is sure to catch any eye. Darren did a remarkable job capturing it's beauty.

Darren - what is this CA blend that you speak of? New trick of the trade? Tell us more.
