Chris this has got to be the most stunning lot I have seen of Camphor. The stump is going to prove to be difficult to mill I guess Now seeing all the underside sure is a labyrinth of roots.

Glad you like 'em Ray
The sectioning of the 'Stump' will be very time consuming particularly given that i can only work a short period before the back says NO more
Glass, nails, tent pegs are but a few of the items recovered so far
Simply have to be extra careful when docking, that's all
Expecting to go through a number of chainsaw chains...that's a given ...they hate dirt (unless tungsten tip)
Managed to separate a largish section yesterday with very prominent fiddleback and will slice it up today
More pics later this arvo ...MMMapleman

Mapleman, I hope you can hold out for premium prices for the timber related to this project, to cover all your effort and expenses and make a tidy profit as well. They are just superbly coloured pieces and I cannot wait for the stump to get opened up.

Are you planning on taking some of this to the Maleny show, Chris? You might start a bit of a brawl!
